-TX Telehealth is an online medical service with board-certified doctors who provide medical guidance and treatments. Our doctors can diagnose symptoms, offer medical advice, and prescribe medication for common infections and ailments. 

-All of our doctors are board-certified and located here in the state of Texas. All of our doctors have been practicing for many years and have experience working in Family Practice, Urgent Care, Clinic, and Emergency settings. 

-Visits cost as low as $0 when covered by insurance with Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, First Health, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. 

-If not using insurance, the cost is only $49 per visit. 

-Yes. Our doctors can provide a work excuse, referral, school excuse, Emotional Support Letter, and other types. We will attempt to accommodate any special requests. 

-Yes! Our doctors offer advice, guidance, referrals, and can send prescriptions if appropriate. Prescriptions are sent electronically and securely to the pharmacy of your choice for you to pick up. They can also provide 90 day medication refills of long term medications. Check out our Weight Loss page. 

-Almost immediately. Same day appointments are available every 15 minutes to pick from. Registration takes about 2-3 minutes.  Simply fill in basic information and choose a convenient time. 

-If you have questions or any problems after your consultation ends you have access to free email support. info@txtelehealth.com

-We can treat almost anything. We cannot provide controlled medications such as opioids, ADHD medications, or benzodiazepines. We cannot treat emergencies such as life or limb threatening conditions. We do not offer bloodwork or imaging studies. Read about what we can treat here

-We treat all ages from newborns to senior citizens. 

-Yes. We take every measure we can to ensure your visit and information is secure and the consultation is private. To provide the utmost safety, if an emergency or symptom outside the scope of telehealth is found, patients are immediately referred to an urgent care or emergency room. 

-Yes. We accept Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, First Health, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare with typically $0. 
-If you have a different insurance provider, you can do a self-pay visit for $49 and we can give you documentation that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

If scheduling without insurance, payment is collected securely through Stripe which accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
